The studio includes a sofa-bed with two single beds and wardrope. The american kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, microwave oven and vitroceramic. There is folding table and the second bed can be put inside the sofa during the day to gain space in this little studio.

Holiday Cancellation Charges:
Clients need inform in writing and signed by the lead name in the booking by fax or mail of their intention to cancel their holiday. If this written confirmation is received more than 60 days before the arrival date there will be a charge of 10% of the holiday cost. Cancellations received between 59 and 30 days before the arrival date there will be a charge of 30% of the holiday cost. Cancellations received between 29 and 17 days before the arrival date there will be a charge of 60% of the holiday cost. Cancellations received between 16 and 9 days before the arrival date there will be a charge of 80% of the holiday cost. Any cancellations received less then 9 days before the arrival date or in case client(s) will not be present, 100% of the holiday cost will be charged.
