This duplex apartment comprises of a semi-independent kitchen, lounge and terrace on the first floor. The lounge has a double sofa bed, television with satellite international chanels and DVD. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave oven and is fully equipped with everything needed for the self-catering holidaymaker. From the terrace you can enjoy fantastic panoramic sea views to the beautiful island of Lobos.
Downstairs the ground floor comprises of a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and another small bedroom. The master bedroom includes twin beds, fitted wardrobe and bed side locker. The small bedroom includes twin beds too. The bathroom is fully equipped and includes a hydromassage shower, mirror, toilet, bidet, wash basin and is fully tiled.

the owner:Hi, I am Roberto originally from Italy but have lived in Spain for many years. I found my little piece of heaven in Corralejo when I first came here many years ago. Since then it was my dream to own a property so I could come & enjoy the sun, sea & fabulous beaches that surround me. When saw the apartment, in the town centre, with a beautiful sea view, all amenities within easy reach, I knew I found the right spot to enjoy scenic beauties unique to this area, exploring the island or simply relaxing by the beach, which is only 100 meters from the apartment. I have a fantastic management company who look after my property & guests and are close by should you need any assistance during your holiday. Booking and Payment Options:
50% booking deposit required to make reservation. Outstanding balance will become due 4 weeks prior to your arrival. 100 € returnable damage deposit on arrival.

WEEKLY TOWEL AND LINEN CHANGE AND CLEANING. PLEASE SUPPLY YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS.
Cancellation Holidays: Clients need inform in writing and signed by the lead name in the booking by fax or mail of their intention to cancel their holiday. If this written confirmation is received more than 60 days before the arrival date there will be a charge of 10% of the holiday cost. Cancellations received between 59 and 30 days before the arrival date there will be a charge of 30% of the holiday cost. Cancellations received between 29 and 17 days before the arrival date there will be a charge of 60% of the holiday cost. Cancellations received between 16 and 9 days before the arrival date there will be a charge of 80% of the holiday cost. Any cancellations received less then 9 days before the arrival date or in case client(s) will not be present, 100% of the holiday cost will be charged.
